At AI Security Info, we stand behind the quality of our training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in our programs.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your training experience. If you're not satisfied, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined in this policy.

Our Promise: If you complete our program and don't have a working AI assistant by the end, we'll refund your investment. No questions asked.

2. Training Program Refunds

2.1 Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Cancelled 60+ days before program start: Full refund, no questions asked
  • We cancel the program: Automatic full refund or transfer to next cohort
  • "Working Assistant" Guarantee: Program completed but no working assistant by end of Day 3
  • Medical emergency: With supporting documentation
  • Force majeure: Natural disaster, pandemic, or other uncontrollable events

Request deadline: Within 24 hours of program completion (for Working Assistant Guarantee) or within 7 days of cancellation notice (for pre-program cancellations).

2.2 Partial Refund (50%)

You may receive a 50% refund if:

  • Cancelled 30-59 days before program start: 50% refund
  • Unable to attend due to work conflict: With employer confirmation, 50% refund or transfer to next cohort
  • Technical issues on our end: If we can't resolve technical problems preventing participation

Request deadline: Within 7 days of cancellation decision.

2.3 No Refund

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • Cancelled less than 30 days before program: No refund (but can transfer to next cohort)
  • No-show: You don't attend without prior notice
  • Violation of Terms: Account terminated for policy violations
  • Completed program successfully: Working assistant deployed
  • Partial attendance: Attended 50% or more of sessions without requesting refund during program

Important: If you know you can't attend, contact us immediately. We're happy to transfer you to the next cohort at no penalty if requested more than 30 days before the program.

3. "Working Assistant" Guarantee

3.1 What's Covered

If you attend all sessions and complete all exercises but don't have a working AI assistant by end of Day 3, Session 5, you're eligible for a full refund.

A "working AI assistant" means:

  • Claude Project configured with your company knowledge
  • Custom instructions that match your communication style
  • Security protocols protecting confidential information
  • Successfully completed at least one real executive task

3.2 How to Claim

  1. Email refunds@aisecurityinfo.com within 24 hours of program completion
  2. Provide brief explanation of what didn't work
  3. Include screenshots showing the issue (optional but helpful)
  4. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days

3.3 What's NOT Covered

The guarantee does NOT apply if:

  • You didn't attend all sessions
  • You didn't complete the hands-on exercises
  • Technical issues on your end (equipment failure, internet problems)
  • You didn't follow the setup instructions provided
  • You didn't ask for help during the program when encountering issues

Pro Tip: If you're having trouble during the program, raise your hand! Patrick circulates during every hands-on session to help troubleshoot. The guarantee is for when you've tried everything and it still doesn't work.

4. Corporate Enrollment Refunds

4.1 Team Enrollment (3+ Participants)

For corporate enrollments:

  • Full team cancellation: Same refund terms as individual enrollments
  • Partial team cancellation: Refund calculated per participant based on timing
  • Individual substitution: Allowed up to 7 days before program (no fee)

4.2 Corporate Invoicing

  • Payment plans don't affect refund eligibility
  • Refunds processed to the original payment method
  • Outstanding balances waived if full refund approved

5. Digital Products and Resources

5.1 Downloadable Content

Once you've downloaded digital materials:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund if materials are defective or not as described
  • After 7 days: No refunds (materials already accessed)

5.2 Online Courses (If Offered)

  • Within 14 days AND less than 25% completed: Full refund
  • After 14 days OR more than 25% completed: No refund

5.3 Subscription Services (If Offered)

  • Cancel anytime before renewal date
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until end of billing period

6. How to Request a Refund

    • Your full name and email used for registration
    • Program name and date
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
  3. Review Process: We'll review within 3-5 business days
  4. Decision Notification: You'll receive approval or denial via email
  5. Processing: Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

6.2 What Happens Next

If Approved:

  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Account access revoked (for program materials)
  • Confirmation email sent
  • Bank processing time: 5-10 business days after approval

If Denied:

  • Email explaining reason for denial
  • Alternative solutions offered (e.g., transfer to next cohort)
  • Appeal process available

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Payment Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
  • Corporate Check: 14-21 business days

7.2 Currency and Exchange Rates

  • Refunds issued in original currency (USD)
  • Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility
  • Payment processor fees are non-refundable

7.3 Partial Refunds

When partial refunds are issued:

  • Calculated based on program price at time of purchase
  • Processing fees deducted (typically 2.9% + $0.30)
  • Prorated for partial attendance (if applicable)

8. Alternatives to Refunds

8.1 Transfer to Next Cohort

Free transfer available if:

  • Requested 30+ days before program
  • Medical or family emergency
  • Work conflict beyond your control

How it works:

8.2 Credit Towards Future Programs

Instead of a refund, you can receive:

  • Full credit towards another AI Security Info program
  • Credit valid for 12 months
  • Transferable to colleagues (corporate only)

8.3 One-on-One Makeup Session

If you missed critical sessions:

  • Schedule 60-minute session with Patrick
  • Cover missed content
  • Get your assistant configured
  • Available within 30 days of program

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Medical Emergencies

Documentation required:

  • Doctor's note or hospital documentation
  • Must be dated within program dates
  • Personal medical info redacted (privacy)

Options available:

  • Full refund
  • Free transfer to next cohort
  • Credit towards future program

9.2 Death or Serious Illness

In the unfortunate event of participant death or serious illness:

  • Full refund provided
  • Documentation required (death certificate or doctor's note)
  • Contact support@aisecurityinfo.com
  • Processed with compassion and priority

9.3 Employer-Related Cancellations

If your employer cancels your attendance:

  • Provide written confirmation from employer
  • 50% refund if 30-59 days before program
  • Full transfer to next cohort (preferred option)

10. What's Non-Refundable

The following are never refundable:

  • Payment processing fees: Charged by payment processors (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Third-party software licenses: If provided as part of program
  • Printed materials: If shipped to you
  • Travel and accommodation: Arranged by you independently
  • Administrative fees: For complex refund processing

11. Refund Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse:

  • Repeated enrollment and refund requests
  • Completing program then requesting refund without valid reason
  • Fraudulent documentation
  • Violating our Terms of Service

Consequences of abuse:

  • Refund request denied
  • Account permanently banned
  • Legal action for fraud (if applicable)

We trust our participants. This policy exists to protect both you and us. If you have a legitimate reason for a refund, we'll work with you.

12. Disputes and Appeals

12.1 If Your Refund Is Denied

You have the right to appeal:

  1. Review the denial reason in our email
  2. Gather additional supporting documentation
  3. Submit appeal to legal@aisecurityinfo.com
  4. Include "REFUND APPEAL" in subject line
  5. We'll review within 7 business days

12.2 Escalation Process

If appeal is denied and you still disagree:

  • Request review by senior management
  • Consider alternative resolution (credit, transfer)
  • Mediation available for disputes over $1,000

13. Changes to Refund Policy

How changes affect you:

  • Policy in effect at time of purchase applies to your enrollment
  • Future purchases subject to updated policy
