If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Accra, Ghana, under the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre, except where prohibited by law.

Exceptions to arbitration:

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
